What We're Working On
Fall 2026
Fall is when Scottsdale homeowners stop thinking about their remodel and start scheduling it. The heat breaks, the holidays are still a few months out, and this is the window when a project that's been on your mind since spring turns into an actual plan with a start date.
Right now we have projects underway in Paradise Valley, DC Ranch, and Arcadia, along with several full home renovations moving through construction. Lauren leads every one of these projects personally, from the first walkthrough to the final punch list. That's also why we only take on a limited number of projects each year. It's the only way to give each one the attention it needs. We also work throughout Old Town Scottsdale, from condo renovations to historic bungalow updates.
For the third year running, Phoenix Magazine named Living with Lolo the best interior designer in Arizona, an honor we've now held in 2024, 2025, and 2026. It's a nice recognition, but what it really reflects is what our clients tell us matters most: a home that fits how they actually live, guided by one person who sees it through from start to finish.
