Listing November 2026 / Saguaro Highlands, North Scottsdale
Saguaro Reserve
A modern desert estate on a rare one-acre preserve lot, with a private wellness casita.
Some homes you tour. This one you feel the moment you step into the courtyard.
Saguaro Reserve sits on a rare one-acre preserve-backed lot in the gated community of Saguaro Highlands. The desert behind you stays exactly as it is. No neighbor at your back, no view that changes on you five years from now, just open Sonoran landscape and quiet.
The home is composed around a central courtyard, so light and privacy shape every room. Honed stone, warm woods, plaster finishes, and quiet metal accents give the interiors a calm, layered feel that reads beautifully up close and from across the room.
Designed and built by Living with Lolo
One team, from concept through construction.
Saguaro Reserve was designed and built by Living with Lolo, an award-winning interior design and licensed design-build firm based in Scottsdale, voted PHOENIX magazine’s Readers’ Choice winner for Interior Design four years running.
Here is what that actually means for you. Most homes at this level are designed by one team and built by another, and you can feel the seams where the two hand off. This home never had that handoff. We carried it from concept through construction as a single licensed team, so the architecture, the finishes, and the smallest details all speak the same language. Nothing was chosen after the fact. It was all designed together, from the start.
The wellness casita
A fourth bedroom, reimagined for how you want to live.
The detached casita is the home’s fourth bedroom, with its own entrance, and it has been reimagined as a private wellness retreat finished in Eldorado Stone. Inside you’ll find a sauna, red light therapy, and space set aside for recovery and restorative practice.
This is the room that sets the house apart. A guest suite is common at this price. A dedicated wellness space built for how you actually want to live is not.
The kitchen and living spaces
The heart of the home, detailed with intent.
Detail shots: butler’s pantry, curved architectural forms, lighting
The kitchen anchors the home. Stone-on-stone surfaces and tailored detailing meet sculptural lighting and softly curved forms, with a dedicated butler’s pantry that keeps the main space clean when you’re entertaining. Countertops throughout the home are by Bedrosians, and Eldorado Stone supplied the stone in the kitchen.
Two additional guest bedrooms each have their own en-suite bath, and a dedicated office gives you a real place to work without borrowing a bedroom to do it.
The primary retreat
A suite that earns the word retreat.
The primary suite sits apart from the rest of the home, a quiet corner with its own relationship to the desert. It is the kind of room you are in no rush to leave in the morning.
The bath is a spa in everything but name. Stone, warm wood, and soft light carry the material story of the house all the way through, so the calm you feel walking in never breaks.
The setting
One of the most private positions in Saguaro Highlands.
Saguaro Highlands is a gated community in North Scottsdale, Arizona, known for privacy, larger lots, and direct access to preserve land. Saguaro Reserve’s one-acre preserve-backed lot and premium north-south exposure make it one of the more private positions in the whole community.
Indoor and outdoor living connect throughout the home, so you stay close to the desert without giving up a single comfort inside. Outside, a pool, a spa and two fire features look out to the preserve, and a water feature in Eldorado Stone welcomes you in the front courtyard.
Original art throughout
