Lolo Prestige Property is one of the most comprehensive remodels Living with Lolo has completed in Scottsdale, Arizona. The scope covered fourteen distinct spaces: the living room, foyer, kitchen, dining room, primary bedroom, office, three guest bedrooms, gym, primary bath, three full baths, powder room, laundry, and an upstairs loft bar and pool table room. Every single space was touched.

The design direction was Sophisticated Contemporary with a masculine edge. That meant deep wood tones, rich stone accents, a restrained palette, and finishes selected for visual weight and staying power. The result is a home that reads confident and refined, without being cold.

Projects of this scale require the kind of coordination that only works when design and construction stay in close communication. Living with Lolo managed both. Our in-house general contracting team worked alongside the design team from day one, which meant decisions were made faster, problems were caught earlier, and the client didn’t have to manage two separate conversations at once.

The open floor plan and panoramic Arizona views shaped the design approach throughout. We wanted the architecture to feel like a backdrop, not a constraint, so selections were made to draw the eye outward while keeping the interior grounded and layered.

The bar and pool table room upstairs became a signature space in the project, designed for entertaining with the same level of care as the main living areas.
