We believe your home should make you feel your bravest, boldest self and also be a refugee that feels familiar and nurturing.

INSPIRATION

Our clients had a vision to completely remodel their home, incorporating contemporary elements and revamping the kitchen and bathrooms. With a focus on transforming the space, we embarked on a journey to create a truly modern and inspiring atmosphere.

CONCEPT

We expanded the floorplan of this home, creating a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The kitchen is a culinary masterpiece, boasting custom cabinetry and exquisite details. A harmonious blend of neutral tones and vibrant pops of color adorns the living spaces. We encouraged our clients to embrace their individuality by showcasing bold and courageous styles in the secondary bathrooms, while still maintaining an inviting and enjoyable atmosphere.

Hidden Hills is a full home remodel in Scottsdale, Arizona that transformed a dated Mediterranean residence into something calm, considered, and completely current. The scope covered six spaces: the kitchen, dining room, foyer, living room, powder bath, and guest bathroom, each redesigned with the same intention and level of detail.

The design direction for this project was Mediterranean Modern with a soft minimalist edge. That meant light oak cabinetry, tonal textures layered throughout, fluted accents in the bathrooms, and a palette that stays warm without ever feeling heavy. The goal was a home that feels easy to live in every day, not just beautiful in photos.

The kitchen was a major focus. Custom cabinetry and considered details elevated the space while keeping it functional for everyday life. The bathrooms gave us room to add personality through texture and fixture choices that feel collected rather than matched. The living areas were designed for how people actually use them: comfortable seating, layered lighting, and enough breathing room to make the space feel open.

This project is a good example of what a remodel in Scottsdale can accomplish when construction and design are managed together. Living with Lolo holds an active Arizona ROC general contractor license, which means we oversee the build and the design under one roof. No miscommunication between your designer and your contractor. No gaps in accountability.

Hidden Hills is located in one of Scottsdale’s established neighborhoods, and the renovation was designed to honor the architecture while bringing it forward. If you’re looking for a Scottsdale interior designer who can manage a full remodel from concept through construction, we’d love to talk.
