Located in Paradise Valley in Cheney Estates this project brings a fresh take on contemporary style. Graphic wallpaper, sculptural shapes, and statement art infuse personality into every corner. The result is a bold, tailored, and inviting space that feels both curated and livable.

INSPIRATION

To design a unique and sophisticated, yet playful, home for our client.

CONCEPT

We designed a full renovation of this home and furnished it with unique pieces and playful details. The space is filled with textures and earthy elements, complemented by captivating and distinctive artwork adorning the walls. The lighting fixtures, truly unparalleled, add to the overall charm and uniqueness of the place.

From Dated to Distinctive

The problem. The house was dated and had no personality.

What we changed. Living with Lolo designed a new layout for the kitchen and the primary bathroom, including opening a wall to the kitchen so the main living spaces connect. We pushed the clients past their comfort zone with graphic wallpaper, sculptural lighting, and statement art, and they were open to every idea.

The construction detail. The homeowners' builder handled construction. The black marble shower and the powder room took the most coordination between our design team and the builder, especially making the integrated lighting work.

Timeline. Completed in 2023, about 8 months from start to finish.
