Our process to create a home you’ll love.
The Deliverables
Design Board

Elevation Drawing
We create a detailed elevation drawing of your space showing things like layouts for new cabinetry, backsplash and tile layouts, and cabinet hardware placement. This gives your contractor everything they need to execute the design as intended.
Design Presentation
We meet with you to present you with your completed design. Although your design board contains shoppable links, you can wait to purchase your project’s items until after the presentation, where our vendor will be available to help you place your orders.
The Investment
- Our design fee for this service starts at $6000.
- We will create a custom proposal for your project + a flat design fee.
