The Scope
Project Name: Montevista
Type: Full Home Remodel + Furnishings
Location: Cave Creek, Arizona
Our goal with this Cave Creek interior design project was to bring this dark and dated home up to date with a top-to-bottom airy and contemporary refresh. We got creative by refreshing certain existing elements (like painting cabinets and laying new luxury vinyl flooring planks over the foyer’s tile floor) while bringing in select new items like countertops, plumbing fixtures, and wallpaper. We created standout moments in the home with custom elements like the modern basalt fireplace and a sliding barn door separating the kitchen from the office-turned-additional bedroom. We then elevated each space with modern lighting, intriguing artwork, and inviting yet sophisticated, contemporary furnishings.
