How does pricing work?
We’ll work on an investment guide with you before we begin the design so you know exactly how much the project will cost. We price everything out and invoice you before anything is ordered. We’ll also give you budget options so you can choose what level feels best.

Do you do virtual work or just in one area? Which locations/areas do you work within?
We operate globally but primarily work in the US. Everything can be handled virtually. We live in Arizona so if you’re local, we can work in-person. However virtual gets the same great result.

What does an engagement look like? What is needed from me?
We work with many celebrities and busy professionals; our process is designed to take very little of your time. We just need an intro call, photos of your space, your selected preferences and we’ll take care of the rest.

Do you design all rooms (not just living spaces)?
We value creating cohesive spaces, from bathrooms to entryways. Not just living rooms and bedrooms.

Who will be my designer?
Lauren Lerner, voted Arizona’s top interior designer, will create a custom design for your home. Lauren is supported by a 5-star team of designers and operations experts who will handle all logistics for your project.

Do you do remodels, new builds and full home renovations?
Yes! We handle all the details so that you don’t have to deal with the logistics of managing contractors and vendors.

What is the scope of service?
We’ll handle everything from beginning to end. From recommending a design approach based on your preferences to sourcing items, ordering items and ensuring they get installed properly. We handle any delays or issues with our vendors so it’s a seamless experience for you.

Do you recommend furniture?
We have an amazing set of vendors that we have great relationships with and can often get items faster than if someone were to order directly from the vendor.

Will you handle negotiations with suppliers?
Yes! We’ll handle all negotiations and planning with suppliers.

Do you handle home remodels?
We have done many home remodels over the last decade but only take on a select few each year so that we can focus on our design projects. Please feel free to share the details of your remodel and we’ll follow up to confirm if we can take it on.

What types of interior design services do you offer?
We offer full-service interior design for whole-home projects, renovations, and furnishing-only projects. From floor plans to furniture to final styling, we handle every detail start to finish.

Do you specialize in luxury or full-service interior design?
Both, our work is rooted in full-service luxury design. That means high-touch communication, elevated material selections, and customized solutions tailored to your lifestyle.

Can you help with furnishing-only projects?
Absolutely. We love furnishing projects when the home is already complete or newly built. We take care of everything including selections, procurement, installation, and styling.

Do you offer remote or virtual design services?
We do! Depending on the project scope and location. For the right fit, we’re happy to collaborate virtually and offer full design packages that include digital presentations and remote management.

Are you a licensed general contractor?
Yes. We’re a licensed general contractor in Arizona, which means we oversee all aspects of your remodel with the same level of attention we bring to design.

We specialize in high-end residential renovations like kitchens, bathrooms and full-home remodels. We’re known for cohesive design-build projects where every detail is intentional.

Do you manage all trades and subcontractors?
Yes. We coordinate and manage the entire construction team, from demo to final install, so you don’t have to juggle multiple contacts or timelines.

Can you help with permitting and project timelines?
Yes, we handle the permitting process where required and create detailed timelines to keep your project on track and moving forward.

How does your design process work?
We start with a discovery call and strategy session. From there, we guide you through concept development, selections, purchasing, and execution. You’ll get a clear roadmap and a team that manages everything along the way.

What is the typical budget for a full-home remodel?
Budgets vary depending on scope, but our full-service design clients typically invest $300K–$1M+ for furnishings, construction, or both. We’re happy to talk through what’s realistic for your space and goals.

What’s included in your design or construction packages?
Our services include floor plans, elevations, material and furniture selections, trade coordination, procurement, project management, and final install. We’re there for every detail, from tile layouts to towel hooks.

Where are you based, and what areas do you serve?
We’re based in Scottsdale, Arizona and serve clients throughout the greater Phoenix area, including Paradise Valley, Arcadia, and North Scottsdale. We also work with clients on second homes and select out-of-state projects.

Do you work on out-of-state or second homes?
Yes, we do. If the project is the right fit, we’re happy to travel or manage remotely with trusted local partners. Many of our clients own multiple properties and trust us across locations.

How far in advance should I book your services?
We typically book 2–4 months in advance. If you’re thinking about a remodel or new design project, the earlier you reach out, the better we can plan around your goals and timeline.

What’s the difference between your design and construction teams?
Our design team focuses on creating the vision from layouts to finishes to furniture. Our construction team brings that vision to life, managing the remodel from demo to install. We all work together seamlessly under one roof.

Will I have a single point of contact throughout the project?
Yes. We assign a dedicated project lead so you always know who to reach out to. Behind the scenes, our full team is collaborating to move your project forward.

How involved will I need to be in decisions?
We guide you through key decisions, but handle the rest. Most of our clients are busy professionals who trust our process. We offer clear presentations and streamlined approvals, so you can stay informed without getting bogged down in the details.

What is your design style?
We create warm, modern interiors with clean lines, layered textures, and timeless materials. Every space is tailored to your taste and lifestyle and designed for real life, but elevated.

Can you work with my existing furniture or heirlooms?
Definitely. If there’s something meaningful you’d like to keep, we’re happy to incorporate it. We’ll style it in a way that feels fresh and cohesive with the rest of the design. With that in mind, we do our best work from scratch so we do request that most of the spaces we design start from scratch but it is not uncommon to incorporate art or 1-2 pieces you already love and own into your design.

Do you source custom or trade-only products?
Yes, we work with a network of premium vendors and craftspeople. You’ll get access to curated, trade-only furnishings and materials that aren’t available in retail stores.
