Antique, Edwardian White Cotton Petticoat Dress vintage evening purse The sleeves are closely fittedBeautiful late Edwardian petticoat dress, an interesting garment showing the morphing of the corset cover and the petticoat into one piece. It makes a beautiful and crisply cool summer dress. The scooped neckline and the hem are trimmed with wide cotton lace. The neckline and the embroidered eyelet lace at the slightly raised waist have been threaded through with pink ribbon, most likely added at a later date. The short sleeves have narrow bands,
