Art Deco 4.12ct Briolette Diamond Pendant navette Sapphire: 16DATE: Art Deco, c. 1920 A stunning Art Deco diamond pendant necklace dating from the 1920s. The stone is a pear shaped briolette cut, 4. 12 carats, and mounted under platinum bail. The triangular facets catch the light both on the way in, and on the other side after it's passed through the stone; it's a wonder to behold. Crafted in platinum. The earliest record of the briolette cut go way back to the 1600s, when Jean Baptiste Tavernier returned to
